If you are not happy with your Psychic Reading with one of our Psychics, Mediums, or Clairvoyants, please follow the procedures below in order to get a full refund for your reading.
Refunds
We aim to provide you with the best Psychic Reading experience and the best Psychic available at the time of your call. However there could be different reasons on why you are not satisfied with your reading.
You are entitled to a Full Refund credited to your passcode, or refund back to your credit card, if you are not satisfied with the reading. Note: We can only refund back to credit card if the current purchase has not been used for other readings.
Please terminate the reading before 5 minutes if you are not satisfied. You must contact Soul 2 Path Psychics via our online refund form within 60 minutes of the call to receive a refund.
Limited to 3 refunds per customer.
To process this you need to provide the following information:
- your name
- your 6 digit passcode
- the psychic you spoke to
- the reason for being unhappy with the reading

We can only offer refunds back into the same credit card account you used for our service. Please note that refunds may take a few days usually within 3-5 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
